My husband and I took a trip to Egypt in October 2021, on our connecting flight we sat with Rob Sutherland, creator of, The 24 Elves of Christmas, Meet the North Pole Council. He was a stranger to us, and he discussed his concept and idea of this book that including ‘Good Deed ‘ cards. Such a wonderful concept of inclusion and togetherness, great way to teach younger generations the Good Deed lesson. The book, that is illustrated beautifully and written with descriptive tales, comes with trading cards that have ‘Good Deed of the Day’ tasks. The charters of the book are the ‘North Pole Council’ and represent different duties and responsibilities of the council. There are 24 Elves and there are 24 trading cards. My grand’s loved this book and they enjoyed doing ‘Good Deeds’. Wonderful Christmas gift for younger generations. A stranger kept their word, and this is how my grand’s got to experience, The 24 Elves of Christmas/Meet the North Pole Council. My granddaughter Sarina was born with down syndrome and the colors and illustration she focused on, and the ‘Good Deeds’ were fun to do together and easy to adjust to her comprehension, she is 2 years old. My grandson enjoyed the stories about each Elf and participated in a ‘Good Deed’ a day, he is 8 years old.
